Responding to the specific features of the site, Lot 2 opens into an untouched landscape, while concealing its urban surroundings. The building merges with its natural surroundings, transpiring calm and serenity.
The exterior cladding materials are identical to Lot 1, keeping a connection between them, despite the physical separation. These materials are resistant to weathering and do not need regular maintenance.
A green roof is set to help control interior temperature variations and to create a way of camouflaging the building within its gardens.
The “I” shaped layout of the space is simple and functional. This allows an interior fluidity and both patios, at the entrance and at the back, to create a link to the interior area. Through a set of straight lines, we enter a space of belonging, an organic environment that integrates architecture and nature.
