The Omega Apartments project was developed in Armação de Pêra, in a privileged location along the coastline, with the aim of creating a residential development adapted to a high-demand tourist and residential context.
Situated on the last line of construction before the seafront, the building benefits from a direct relationship with the sea and the surrounding landscape, enhancing its position and usage potential for both permanent and seasonal living.
The proposal organises the ground floor in an open and permeable way, primarily dedicated to access and circulation, ensuring greater privacy, tranquillity, and improved living quality on the upper floors.
The building was designed with a flexible structure, allowing typologies to be adapted over time, responding to different market and user needs. The building was designed with a flexible structure, allowing typologies to be adapted over time, responding to different market and user needs.
