Complying with the requirements to create a public health unit, with a capacity to follow approximately 15 200 users and 27 employees, the building proposed is simple and functional, and aims at humanizing the physical-clinical atmosphere.
On the functional part, most of the building is accessible from the ground floor.
The reception acts as an anchor and splits the flow into two clinical areas. Each area has two interconnected circuits, ensuring smooth functioning flows and resource management. Two patios interrupt this unique volume: one designed for the practice of outdoor activities as an extension of the movement room, the other designed in a contemplative manner, ensuring natural lighting and ventilation to the offices.

The placement of deciduous trees facilitates positive thermal management, providing shade during the warmer season and an influx of light during the colder season.
Despite the architectural austerity due to the use of large smooth surfaces marked by a rational of regular placed spans, the introduction of angles and the marking of indented and sheltered entrances, grants the lightness intended for the building.
The use of more natural materials such as stone and wood, contrasts with the use of more rigid materials such as concrete and metal.
