The Résidence Serenia project is located in the centre of Differdange, Luxembourg, on one of the city’s main urban streets, with the aim of creating a residential building integrated into a consolidated urban context.

The development is organised across six floors, integrating a diverse range of units, apartments, studios, and penthouses, as well as a commercial space at ground floor level, ensuring a mixed and active use at street level.

The proposal seeks to respond to local market demands, ensuring residential quality, functionality, and efficiency, with solutions adapted to the urban context and user needs.

The spaces were designed with a clear organisation and a strong connection to the exterior through balconies, terraces, or gardens, promoting comfort and quality of use.

The building meets high energy performance standards (AAA class), integrating technical solutions focused on efficiency, durability, and construction control.

The result is a residential project that combines typological diversity, urban integration, and construction quality, with a pragmatic and execution-oriented approach.
