The 44 Dezembro project consists of the renovation and extension of an existing building in Amadora, with the aim of creating a contemporary residential development adapted to current demands for comfort and functionality.

The intervention reorganises the building into five floors, integrating a total of eight housing units of T1 and T2 typologies, with areas ranging from 62m² to 114m², designed to respond to different user profiles.

The proposal enhances the functionality of the interior spaces, with living rooms and kitchens in open continuity, bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and connections to the exterior through balconies, ensuring quality of use and maximisation of natural light.

The building also includes outdoor areas, parking, and landscaped spaces, contributing to a more complete and balanced use of the development.

The intervention incorporates updated construction and technical solutions, as well as the installation of a lift, ensuring accessibility and adaptation to contemporary needs.

The result is a renovation project that enhances the existing building by introducing a new functional organisation and improved residential quality, with a pragmatic and execution-oriented approach.
