The A.N.D.A.R. project was developed to create a support space in the healthcare sector, focused on functionality, comfort, and quality of use 

The proposal is based on a simple and clear volume, organized to ensure efficient spatial distribution and ease of use. 

The interior layout prioritizes the relationship with the exterior, allowing the main spaces to benefit from natural light and a connection to outdoor areas, contributing to user well-being. 

Terraces and outdoor areas are integrated into the main programmatic cores, reinforcing the continuity between interior and exterior and creating complementary use spaces. 

The solution incorporates principles of natural ventilation and thermal control, ensuring environmental comfort and efficient building performance. 

The choice of materials was guided by durability and reduced maintenance requirements, ensuring sustainable use over time. 

The project was developed with a focus on execution, ensuring functional, efficient solutions adapted to the requirements of a healthcare facility.
