Ocean 10 is an architecture and engineering project developed by MUTO for the construction of a multi-family residential building in Armação de Pêra, Algarve. The development has been designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality housing in one of southern Portugal's most sought-after coastal destinations.
The project comprises 36 apartments, carefully arranged to maximise functionality, comfort, and the connection between indoor and outdoor living. Its contemporary architecture emphasises natural light, generous balconies, and thoughtfully designed communal areas, creating an environment suited to both permanent residence and seasonal living.
The building's layout has been designed to optimise solar orientation, privacy, and the quality of each residential unit. Outdoor amenities, including a shared swimming pool and landscaped gardens, further enhance residents' experience while ensuring the development integrates harmoniously with its surroundings.
Developed through the integrated collaboration of MUTO's Architecture, Engineering, and Landscape Architecture teams, the project prioritises efficient, durable construction solutions adapted to the Algarve's climate, ensuring high technical standards, energy efficiency, and ease of maintenance.
The result is a contemporary residential development that combines architecture, engineering, and construction quality, meeting the expectations of both homeowners and property investors.
