Ocean 10 is an architecture and engineering project developed by MUTO for the construction of a multi-family residential building in Armação de Pêra, Algarve. The development has been designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality housing in one of southern Portugal's most sought-after coastal destinations.

The project comprises 36 apartments, carefully arranged to maximise functionality, comfort, and the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
