The Endemol office project in Lisbon was developed with the aim of creating a workspace aligned with the company’s creative nature, while ensuring functionality and organisation. 

The proposal structures the space into different zones, combining work areas, informal spaces, and support areas, allowing it to respond to various usage dynamics. 

The internal circulation plays a central role in the organisation of the office, acting as a connecting element between the different environments and contributing to a clear reading of the space. 

The intervention adopts a more expressive language, using colour, patterns, and distinct materials, reflecting the brand identity and creating an environment that stands apart from the exterior. 

Furniture and design solutions allow flexibility and adaptation over time, supporting the evolution of the team and working processes.

The project was developed with a focus on execution, ensuring functional, efficient solutions aligned with the client’s needs. 

The result is a structured, flexible workspace with a strong identity, prepared to support the dynamics of a creative company.
